Membership

Section 1.1
|
Classification of Members
|
|
The corporation shall have one class of members.
|
|
Section 1.2
|
Membership Qualifications
|
Any person may become a member of this corporation by:
|
(a)
|
Making a labor contribution to the corporation as prescribed by the Board of Directors.
|
|
(b)
|
Being voted in, as set forth in Section 1.4, by the existing membership after 42 hours probationary period of work.
|
|
(c)
|
Receiving a copy of the corporation's Disclosure Statement, Bylaws, and notification regarding the significance of Section 7.4 of these Bylaws.

|
Section 1.3
|
Membership Applications
|
|
Any applicant eligible for and desiring admission to membership in the corporation shall file an electronic application for admission in whatever form and containing whatever information the Board of Directors shall prescribe.

Section 1.4
|
Acceptance of Members
|
|
(a)
|
Applications for membership shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors. A vote of seventy-five percent or greater of quorum of the Board of Directors shall be required to accept the application for prospective membership and initiate the probationary period. Upon completion of the applicant's probationary work period, the corporation's full membership shall be given an opportunity to vote on the application with a vote of one hundred percent of quorum required to confer membership. A failure to receive the necessary affirmative votes results in immediate termination unless the membership should specify a further probationary period to be followed by a further vote.

(b)

The corporation may waive the probationary period and accept back a former member immediately.

Section 1.5
|
Transfers Prohibited
|
|
No member may transfer her or his membership or any right arising therefrom. Any attempted assignment or transfer shall be wholly void and shall confer no rights on the intended assignee or transferee.

|
Section 1.6
|
Limitation on Employment of Persons Not in the Membership
|
|
The corporation shall not employ any individual outside the membership.
