(Please note that we aren't actually forcing you to click a button to get past the registration contracts and terms for a TLD or SLD in order to transfer a domain within it. This is mostly because such "click-through" agreements are either legally binding contracts or not, regardless of whether you were actually forced to click past it, based solely on the whim of whatever judge might look at the case since judges have ruled both ways; it's also because they're obnoxious.
